Empowering MT Program at ESDlife: A Journey of Growth and Fun

Challenging Assignments, Training, and Team – Building Galore

The trainee journey at ESDlife is undeniably challenging and empowering! I started in 2022 and was allowed to experience six divisions while working on various tasks within our three business units. From generating fresh ideas to executing and evaluating campaigns, each rotation provides us with tremendous flexibility and freedom. The supervisors are incredibly helpful and eager to teach us as much as possible.

During my rotation in Business Analytics, I delved into analyzing the business performance of WeVow and presented my ideas to Tony Ma, our CEO. It was fascinating to work with real-life business data, and it’s satisfying to know that our efforts are genuinely beneficial to the businesses. Apart from gaining on-the-job exposure, a range of training opportunities is offered. We get to attend different courses on interesting topics, such as AI technologies and management styles.

At ESD “Life”, it’s not just about work and learning; we also come together to play and relax! Art workshops, cocktail nights, and lucky draws…we have various events every month. Colleagues from different departments and teams participate and have a great time together. All in all, the MT program at ESDlife has triggered my personal growth and has helped me unlock my potential.
