As a business student with no technical background, joining ESDlife as a DS trainee seemed like a challenge. However, ESDlife provided me with diverse training opportunities, equipping me with essential project management skills and fostering my long-term career development. In addition to technical skills, I gained valuable interpersonal and digital marketing knowledge, making me a well-rounded professional.

ESDlife recognized the importance of bridging the gap between my business background and IT. Through in-house training and online courses, I acquired essential project management skills, preparing me for a future role as a project manager. These training initiatives were tailored to my needs, allowing me to excel in my position.

Beyond technical training, ESDlife prioritized holistic development. I honed my interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and clients. This focus on personal growth prepared me to navigate the complexities of the business world.

ESDlife also encouraged exploration beyond data science. I delved into digital marketing, expanding my skill set and gaining valuable knowledge for the evolving digital landscape. This diverse exposure opened up new avenues for long-term career growth.

ESDlife valued work-life balance, promoting employee well-being. Regular company activities and policies fostered harmony between work and personal life. One highlight was the Chinese Lunar New Year Fai Chun writing workshop, where coworkers gathered to celebrate, fostering camaraderie and creating lasting memories.
