IT Trainee Programme
Program Overview
This two-year program is designed to nurture competent and professional management people for the continued developments of ESDlife. Our high-performing Management Trainees are given the chance to fast track their careers to management positions across a wide range of business areas. The Program is an intensive development program combining interactive learning, personal and group coaching, and senior management exposure with on-the-job training. As a result, Trainees develop a spectrum of experience, an open mind and a broad understanding of different aspects of the internet business. Throughout the Program, a Manager from each division will provide guidance and coaching to Trainees to facilitate their learning. By the end of the two-year program, we will work with each Trainee to align their strengths and career aspirations with the strategic direction of ESDlife and identify the best suitable position in the organization for his/her career development.
Objectives of the program are to:
- Train and develop a team of management professional specific to the online business;
- Equip the management trainees with general management skills to meet the future developments of ESDlife
- Take the form of hands-on experiential learning, assign the Management Trainees for departmental responsibilities including special assignments and projects
- Groom leaders with the latest general management skills and necessary knowledge to prepare the Management Trainees for anchoring in their careers.
