Management Trainee Programme
Program Overview
This two-year program is designed to nurture competent and professional management people for the continued developments of ESDlife. Our high-performing Management Trainees are given the chance to fast track their careers to management positions across a wide range of business areas. The Program is an intensive development program combining interactive learning, personal and group coaching, and senior management exposure with on-the-job training. As a result, Trainees develop a spectrum of experience, an open mind and a broad understanding of different aspects of the internet business. Throughout the Program, a Manager from each division will provide guidance and coaching to Trainees to facilitate their learning. By the end of the two-year program, we will work with each Trainee to align their strengths and career aspirations with the strategic direction of ESDlife and identify the best suitable position in the organization for his/her career development.
Training & Learning Curriculum
During the two-year program, the Management Trainees will undergo an intensive development scheme incorporating business-related seminars or workshops, on-the-job training and personalized rotations to different businesses and functions. They will be equipped with general business management skills to assume further responsibilities growing with ESDlife.
