Programme Structure

Trainees will be rotated across 6 different departments spanning 4 business units, and every assignment has defined objectives and target to achieve within 2 to 6 months. Rotation order subject to business needs, CEO Project assignment will be assigned between the 3rd to 6th assignment.

  • Collect and analyze user requirements, design products, conduct testing, troubleshoot, and implement solutions.
  • Design modern applications with a focus on microservices architecture patterns, serverless operational models, etc.
  • Personalization: cross-sell and upsell based on customer interests and habits.
  • Omni-Channel: provides a seamless shopping experience across all online and social media channels.
  • CRM: to engage customer loyalty
  • Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Multi-channel e-commerce platform
  • Participate in company-wide digital and automation projects
  • Technical – website analysis
  • On-page SEO – content elements analysis
  • Off-page Optimization – website reputation
  • Analytics: track user behaviour and engagement in real time
  • Learn and apply the new technologies such as Generative AI / Web 3 / Blockchain in building innovative features
  • Project coordination and alignment of various stakeholders' interest
  • Problem-solving techniques and situation analysis from an entrepreneurial perspective
  • Planning, management and delivery of projects to meet pre-set business goals

Career Progression

Upon completing a 2-year rotational management trainee programme, trainees often have the opportunity to be appointed to general management positions or other roles based on their interests, performance, and qualities demonstrated during the programme.

Expectations

After completing the enriching two-year Management Trainee program, you will have developed
a skill set and mindset that includes:

Selection

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, management information systems, or a related technical field, with expected result of 2nd upper or above
  • Entrepreneurial drive and an ability to deliver sustained performance with strong commercial acumen
  • Possess pleasant and outgoing personalities with strong leadership ambition
  • Self-motivation with strong will to learn
  • Passionate about Digital Technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese (including Cantonese)
